Format Display - Attribute Editor Panel

The controls on the Format Display region of the Attribute Editor define how the field is to be displayed in the Form in the Field App.

Numeric Input Box

A field into which a numeric value is entered.  You can optionally set a Max Input Length, Minimum, and Maximum limits.

Integer Input Box

A field into which an integer value is entered.  You can optionally set a Max Input Length, Minimum, and Maximum limits.

Input Box

A simple, single line, data entry field.

Email Input Box

A field into which an email address can be entered.

Example format: valery.polk@email.com

Phone Input Box

A field into which a phone number can be entered.

Example format: 123-456-7890

Date Input Box

A field into which a date can be entered.

Format depends on native format for the device and/or operating system. E.g., yyyy-mm-dd, mm-dd-yyyy, etc.

Multi Line Input Box

A field in which a text paragraph can be entered.

Example:  “Four score and seven years ago…”

Radio Buttons

A list of options displayed as a set of radio buttons.

Enter a list of Option Values in the box provided, one option per line. Values cannot exceed the allowed field size or be blank.



You can optionally choose a value from the list to act as a default that is auto-populated in the form when it is opened (on a new feature placement only).

Drop Down

A list of options displayed as a drop down list.

You can optionally choose a value from the list to act as a default that is auto-populated in the form when it is opened (on a new feature placement only).
