The controls on the Format Display region of the Attribute Editor define how the field is to be displayed in the Form in the Field App.
Numeric Input Box |
A field into which a numeric value is entered. You can optionally set a Max Input Length, Minimum, and Maximum limits. |
Integer Input Box |
A field into which an integer value is entered. You can optionally set a Max Input Length, Minimum, and Maximum limits. |
Input Box |
A simple, single line, data entry field. |
Email Input Box |
A field into which an email address can be entered. Example format: valery.polk@email.com |
Phone Input Box |
A field into which a phone number can be entered. Example format: 123-456-7890 |
Date Input Box |
A field into which a date can be entered. Format depends on native format for the device and/or operating system. E.g., yyyy-mm-dd, mm-dd-yyyy, etc. |
Multi Line Input Box |
A field in which a text paragraph can be entered. Example: “Four score and seven years ago…” |
Radio Buttons |
A list of options displayed as a set of radio buttons. Enter a list of Option Values in the box provided, one option per line. Values cannot exceed the allowed field size or be blank. You can optionally choose a value from the list to act as a default that is auto-populated in the form when it is opened (on a new feature placement only). |
Drop Down |
A list of options displayed as a drop down list. You can optionally choose a value from the list to act as a default that is auto-populated in the form when it is opened (on a new feature placement only). |
